Qt partnership

We’re thrilled to announce the successful completion of an important project with our valued partners at Qt Group!

Our goal was to ensure seamless compatibility between the Qt platform and the latest versions of the VX Works operating system, allowing Qt’s remarkable design capabilities to shine on devices running VX Works.

Developed by Wind River, VX Works is a real-time operating system (RTOS) widely used in embedded systems, especially in mission-critical applications that require high levels of safety and security. It supports industries such as automotive, medical, aerospace, industrial automation, and telecommunications—reliably serving organizations that depend on robust, real-time performance.

For a deeper dive, we recommend an article by Qt’s Senior Product Manager, Veli-Pekka Heinonen, available on the Qt website..

We’re deeply appreciative of the trust Qt has placed in us for this pivotal project, and we’re excited to pursue the many future opportunities this partnership holds.
